The PULSE Training Institute is right around the corner and we’ve been working hard to make it the best yet! PTI is the training program that provides certification to teachers on how to integrate PULSE into their classrooms and utilize all of the tools PULSE has to offer.
We will be welcoming eighteen Berklee City Music Network site teachers to Boston for one week in July. Our own team members will be leading the workshops of the training as well as such special guests as Charyn Harris and Dennis Mauricio.
The workshops will cover everything PULSE: overviews of the rooms on the site, creative teaching ideas, assessment of students, how to make the most out of what you have, creating lesson plans and more! At the end of the week, participating teachers will have the chance to present their ideas on how to integrate PULSE into their sites in the form of a lesson plan and an aural presentation.
With PTI only about 2 weeks away, we’re in great shape and looking forward to getting to know the attendees. Other things to look forward to: the PULSE training manual will be complete by then (it is amazing) and of course, all of our PULSE merch!!!
